Omni-Man vs Godzilla (Monsterverse)
Right now Omni-Man has basically no durability feats and few feats in general, those he does have are way beneath Godzilla. As is if he tries to bullrush the lizard that tanked the Permian impact he just explodes.
Omni man is like a bullet he rips straight through Big G and can kill him with one bullrush.
Bruh.
@buildhare: I wasn't aware Godzilla could tank MFTL Bullrushes thanks for the new knowledge
@buildhare: The Permian Impact feat is a massive outlier. Godzilla has been hurt by far far less. You can't simply ignore the fact that Omni man is doing far more damage than Big G ever has in the gif in the OP. He also scales vastly above Mark speedwise who can bullrush Alan the Alien to the moon in seconds. If he bullrushes Godzilla he is blowing a hole straight through it. And considering he was unfazed after ripping apart massive amounts of land in the gif above he isn't going to hurt him self hurting Godzilla who is consistently hurt by far less.
Other than the outlier feat of the permian impact Godzilla doesn't have a single feat on the level Omni man showed when he destroyed the Flaxans.

He's no sold stuff like Castle Bravo and other than that (and like one low showing, ever) he's been hurt exclusively by other high tier beings (I.e Gidorah and Mecha G, who would also stomp Omni-Man), it's consistent with how unstoppable he normally is.

Godzilla lacks his mobility, seems obvious he can't replicate that scope of destruction in that time frame. Doesn't help Nolan here though.

His combat speed is nothing impressive and travel speed is nothing without the durability to back it up, he's gonna turn himself into a pancake trying it.

Should go without saying buildings and dirt aren't vaguely comparable to Godzilla, nothing he did in that gif would indicate he could tear through something that tough.

I'm unsure if you saw GvK but he literally just lasered straight into the earths core without issue from Hong Kong.
You are vastly underestimating the level he's on.
Between Nolan's Flaxan showings and his otherwise impressive fight against the Guardians (otherwise because the fact they hurt him at all means Big G still neg diffs him for now) Omni-Man doesn't have the feats for this yet.

Are we just making shit up now?
@buildhare: I guess you missed the part when omni man went from his solar system to earth
Entirely off screen and not a combat feat. He's had two fights and neither suggest vaguely that level of speed.
@buildhare: So?
Invincible which he scales above by a huge margin tackled Alan into the moon in a few seconds 3 or 4 to be exact and he would get one shktted by any adult Viltrumite
Omni man can hold a 500,000 ton calced Boulder with one hand without trying at all
Godzilla is 82,000 tons in weight, omni man can throw him to space.
Also I’d expect Nolan surviving the explosions he was creating to be a good durability feat.
Also, Invincible Moon slam scene, his speed was calced at 350,000+ mach.
He can bullrush through jiras eyes ez one shot.
Omni-man lacks durability? Dude was no selling his own bullrush that was visible from space. If he wasn’t durable enough he would have splattered on impact with the first object he came into contact with. Kinetic Energy is a bitch.
Comic omni-man is vastly superior. Hell he’s way more powerful if we count the supreme crossover fight.
@danksinatra: comic omni man scaled to a younger mark who moved the moon to Mars in a crossover, he’s very very superior
@akz: in a cross over Omni-man fought supreme who’s equal to someone that can bench the weight of the universe
@danksinatra: tbf that’s a weaker supreme he fought and not the most powerful one

Alrighty, let's add some context to this. Moore's Supreme in his alter ego was a comic book writer, and he wrote a best selling comic about his character of Omniman, who looked nothing like Kirkman's Omni-Man, and Invincible and such did not exist in Moore's stuff. Considering the Invincible book didn't come about until 2002-2003, and Moore was writing Supreme around 1996 or so, this should not be surprising.
Moore also introduced the idea of reality shifts in his run on Supreme, where reality would warp, and a new version of Supreme would appear (with a new backstory/narrative, altered world, and so on), and they are usually at different power levels. Liefeld's Supreme was changed into Moore's Supreme during one such reality shift, which changed him from around Gladiator's level to roughly Silver Age Supreman-esque levels. It also changed his personality, and so on, making him nicer and calmer overall. Now, eventually, Larsen get's his hands on Supreme, which is where we find out that Liefeld's Supreme somehow became a separate entity, and has been dubbed as Mean Supreme, and he is initially in the ranges of Moore's Supreme power wise.
Mean Supreme faced Suprema, who had the feat of lifting the weight of the universe, and ends up beating her nearly to death. What's important to note here, is that a reality shift happens immediately after that battle. After that shift happened, is when Omni-Man from Invincible shows up, and he and Mean Supreme have a conversation like they have known one another, which they have never met previous to this and Nolan did not exist in the Supreme stuff until this reality shift. The key here being, reality warped before they fought, and to my knowledge, Nolan has not displayed the level of power to lift the weight of the universe and other silver age type feats. Mean Supreme's narrative and power levels changed with the shift, where he likely scaled to the level of Invincible characters. At the end of Larsen's run is when Mean Supreme absorbs a bunch of energy attacks and amps himself to the level of basically being able to solo crack a planet in two with a body slam (this is after his fight with Nolan).
Due to reality warping shenanigans, you can't really scale the Mean Supreme that faced Omni-Man to the level he was previously, not unless Nolan directly has feats that put him on the level of Moore's Supreme.
@wyldsong: well there’s that but omni man still scales to moon level lifting at least
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to downplay Nolan with all of this, I just want to make sure Supreme is being used in the proper context=)
I actually have the Invincible books on my reading list, and will probably start that stuff today. My only knowledge of Invincible comes from the crossover stuff with Savage Dragon, Supreme, Brit and Tech Jacket.
@wyldsong: lol I never said Nolan could bench press the universe in the first place
thats absurd
thats literally smt only supreme and SA supes could pull off/pulling random powers outta their asses.
@alphamon: but omni man is smaller and focus and exploit one part of Godzilla’s body like his eye, couldn't he fly right through?
Tbh the monsters G fights don’t have much brute force, except for kong who only did good after using axe.
Omni man could throw G to space tbh, he weighs much less than the Boulder that omni man was holding with one hand with ease.
@alphamon: well anyone could ask why superman in comics didn’t just throw DD in space tbh.
And on Earth he never shows his true power so no one really starts getting scared of him.
Based on the Boulder Feat which was accurately calced to be abt 500,000 tons, he could just pick up Godzilla and fly him to space, and as slow as he wants tbh cos Godzilla can’t touch an ant right at the back of his body, especially with the bulky body and scales.
@akz: ya expect in this universe heroes are just fine with throwing stuff into space hell immortal dose it to some random guy before Omni man calls him and the rest of the guardians of the globe
Throwing stuff into space would not exactly equate to fear
Ya Godzilla is just gonna stand still and totally not wiggle around or anything
@alphamon: it doesn’t matter if he wiggles around, ur making out if he does that his mass will become too great for omni man or omni mans hand would slip.
No it wouldn't, did u see how he was holding the small edge of the Boulder lmao, he could easily hold one of Godzilla’s spikes.
also it doesn’t matter what happens In the general story, so omni man would throw Him to space. Wonder how G would do out in the vacuum, floating helplessly, in near absolute zero temperatures. Yeah no he’s dying.
Also blitzing G eye could work since the eye is the most vulnerable part of the body and the other monsters have never actively targeted his eye.
@alphamon: except this isn’t burning Godzilla so no point mentioning him.
This is normal version who only has atomic breath.
Omni man ain’t getting tagged by G, even if he was right next to his face, he needs time to charge up to use atomic breath.
And even if Godzilla is acting violently, how would he get off?
And he defo can’t survive space.... even if he could he’s still screwed, lack of oxygen for like 10 minutes should end him.
Also even if he has no feats for throwing things to space (irrelevant) he still has held smt much heavier than G so he could fly it to space.
My last few messages said he could fly him not throw him.
@akz:
never mentioned nuclear pulse
Ya like 5 or 6 seconds
From Omni man probably lossing his grip
Ok and? I’ve never said he could survive the vaccum of space
Considering he never through that kaiju into space despite how much he struggled with it I doubt he would come to that conclusion anytime soon and even then I doubt it would be as easy as your making sound
you have only said that once in your other two messages you clearly said he would throw him into space
@alphamon: omni man could easily toss him.
@alphamon: omni man wouldn’t even lose his grip, u saw the Boulder he was holding, G is the same
@alphamon: it doesn’t matter how big, if he could hold a 500,000 ton Boulder with ease, he could hold hold a 90,000 ton max beast, no amount of wriggling will get it out of his hold.
He can hold it from its back or tail, places it can’t reach no matter what.
@heiqn: maybe but MG will give him a hard time
This won't last for long, the show is clearly following the comic pretty closely
