Toriko team can literally stand around those X-Men for what seems like months before the X-Men get a chance to even move.

This type of speed enhancing isn't exclusive to Acacia. He just had a much better version of it than Toriko at this moment in the series. EOS Toriko is even stronger than he is.

While the X-Men above are quite hax, I've never seen anything that indicates speed isn't a factor against them. Acacia will eat them and there is no coming back from that.

Shaman Nate Grey solos since he doesn't need a physical body and can remove himself from the timestream while making their brains explode.

He won't have any time to do any of that. Also when Acacia eats you, he eats more than just your physical body. He consumes your very essence and it can't be healed by anything. Your soul is consumed as well.

Though I don't like to pretend I know more about a character than I do. I know little about Shaman Nate. I know Jean and Vulcan. He seems pretty hax, so maybe he has the capability.

Shaman Nate exists outside of reality

and he also doesn't need a physical form.

And he can step outside of time (Ares is not affected as he is a God and they also exist outside of time).
