No it doesn't.
Otocon states one Chemical Stun, not plural, can take down a elephant.
Deadpool states after putting counted 6 tranqs into Wolverine that the overall amount of Sedatives can KO a T-Rex. not one but he refers to the amount in Wolverine already, six tranqs to KO a T-Rex.
Largest Elephant known ways 12 tons and largest T Rex is 9-10 tons. Or we use average T Rex which is 8 tons and Elephant which is 7 tons. That means there is more KO juice in Snakes tranq than in the 6 Deadpool used on Wolverine.

Solid Snake is insane fast by feats, easy bullet timer as well. He is super human. Genetically bred with perfect soldier genes to be better than any human. So why can he not tag Wolverine with one tranq?

Nope. Logan's history is different from OMLogan's.
Ex. Logan was born in the 1880s, Logan was born before the 1800s.
Besides, I'm pretty sure ten-ish tranquilizers are better than one. And don't forget, his attackers planned this out in advance. I'm pretty sure they did their research and used some pretty potent tranqs on him.

One of those was directed towards you, the others were quote chains that you happened to be a part of.
And yeah, I'm not continuing Jashro, just pointing this out.
Sorry for playing devils advocate here, but I believe a tranquilizer that can out down an elephant would put a human put for way more than an hour. It'd kill them. And seeing that Snake's tranquilizer is non-lethal, it can't have that much power.
It all depends on whether we think Snake's tranquilizers are enough to take down Logan. If they are he can win, but if they're not he can make the fight last by clearly being more skilled but doesn't have a way to reliably put Logan down.
@lubub55: depends on load out actually. Tranqs is crucial, but if we really want to argue gear Snake has used a HF Blade would wreck OML faster than the samurais that cut off Logans arm recently.

I would say Logan wins. They have similar stealth abilities with snake taking an edge. But Logan's senses would make it impossible for snake to sneak up on him stealth/octo camo or not. Plus Logan can kill snake with one strike whereas even if the tranqs work they don't work instantly, unless it's a headshot and I think Logan could block enough to land some stabs.

He gave it to Raiden because he stated he does not care for swords, though he had the skill to use them.

OML is far from a better fighter. Regular Logan in his prime is better in stats, healing, and skill by feats. OML is more like a out of prime Logan.
I also see no reason for Snake to get tagged easy. He danced around Vamp in two fights without being cut. Same for a quick fight with Gray Fox who was using his stealth camo and sword at the time. Speed wise and skill wise kept from being cut by Solidus.
All the while dodging he can easy tag Logan many times with Tranqs as needed.
@sirfizzwhizz: I mean, if we're in agreement that it's not something he'll have on him here then I don't really see the point in discussing the impact the weapon would have. And I never doubted he has the skill to use them, what I'm saying is that it's not his equipment of choice for a fight.
