No one here's omnipotent...
Old Gods has little feats and only recibes powerscalling from the titans. They simply don't have the raw power to kill Thanos and Darkseid.
Their only hope is mindrape them. But that doesn't look like a possibility. So...
Thanos and Darkseid should win handily.

Because nor the Old Gods or Thanos and Darkseid are omnipotent.

We don't know anything about the Old Gods other than them being very powerful though. We should just ignore this thread

We know that the titans wreck them. So it's pretty sure say that they are not omnipotent.

I know i was just joking trying to rustle some people, love when i am at that mood.
The old Gods are some creepy looking creatures though, especially Yogg saron.. Gives me chills all time when doing Ulduar..
@iknowwhoyouare: Mindrape. Corruption. Dark magic and essentialy your normal-day eldritch abomination. But they aren't anything impressive in raw power. They are probably planet busters or something like that by powerscalling. But there is no way in hell they are even close to Darkseid and Thanos.
@shinjiro: War between Titans and Old Gods was not one sided and Titans never fought them at the same time. It has been said that Old Gods are more powerful than Titans individually (not that this helps a lot as we don't really know what Titans are truly capable of). Currently we have very little to go by about Old Gods or Titans, until World of Warcraft: Chronicles is released in next year.
Only way i see Old Gods winning, is by turning Darkseid and Thanos against each others, but i'd say it's extremely unlikely.

1.-it was indeed one-sided. Even if the Old Gods made one hell of a fight the titans were always superior to them
2.-No, not in a million years. One anon titan was enough to kill Y'Shaaraj. For example. The Pantheon itself never engage direct combat with them.
3.-Is released this year. And even so with the actual feats we have its pretty clear that the titans were superior and that the Old Gods are nowhere near team 2
@shinjiro: Hmm, i wonder if it has different release day on Amazon as there it says May 15th 2016
Actually, Titans could not defeat N'Zoth (Source (last q/a before comments)
It is hard to pinpoint an Old Gods true power beacause we have never faced a fully released Old God, we have only faced echoes, mere whispers of their true strenght, each Old God also has an area they excell at, but most of them are very good manipulators, Y'shaarj was the strongest and most evil of them all, C'thun was patient and chaotic, Yogg Saron was the most cunning and dangerous, N'zoth was very good at corruption and subvertion.
For now the most we know are things we have seen ingame and read in the Warcraft Chronicles, the avatars we see ingame is just one small part of their bodies, they are mountain sized horrors, constantly birthing numerous A'qir and N'raqi from their colossal forms, but being creatures born of the Void they have extremely powerful Void magic at their disposal and can call on creatures from the Void aswell.
The Titans went after Y'shaarj first but their creations couldn't defeat him so Aman'thul had to step in and take care of it himself, Y'shaarj's death cry killed countless of the Titan-forged.
In the end it is a battle not worth doing yet beacause we do not know their full power, so I will not declare a winner in either case.
yeah any of the old gods would annihilate both the black order and apokolips faction, leaving asides that they would drive them insane in their mind before they can even figure whats going on, their armies with the faceless ones, heralds, forgotten ones etc are also far too powerful for the other two's armies to deal with, also just from the size alone they cant really hurt them, n'zoth is gigantic for example
