1. How do we know that Steve is the level of a normal 70 year old? He still has the serum, so why wouldn't he just be an older version of his SSS self?

2. Even if we assume he really is the level of a normal 70 year old, there are some tough 70 year old veterans, and Cap more than qualifies.

I got the impression Old Steve was a real Methuselah, on the brink of peacefully relinquishing his mortal coil. Physically just capable of caring for himself but not capable of fighting in any capacity.

A 5-year-old could probably beat skinny Steve, old Steve takes it.

I know it's a different universe, but comic book cap retains a decent level of physical abilities even when he's an old man. I'd imagine the mcu would draw upon this

I doubt 105 would be that old for a super soldier. Even 70-75 now isn't what it used to be. I used to golf with a friend of my dad's some years ago who was pushing 70 and could still hit a golf ball almost 300 yards and shoot close to par for 18 holes. 105 for a super soldier is probably like 65-70 for a regular human and we'd be talking about a 65 year old who was perhaps the greatest physical specimen/fighter in the history of mankind. Old Steve wins quite easily.
