May wins easily.
I think Okoye has a chance here though, because she is pretty skilled with a spear. But I don't think that trumps May's physical superiority in speed/agility/strength/durability, plus significant edge in overall combat ability.
May also has the better accolades and reputation, in addition to the superior showings. Okoye is possibly Wakanda's best warrior besides T'Challa, but that's not enough to counter May's standing as SHIELD's most lethal & skilled agent.
May is a lot more skilled, but Okoye will put up an interesting fight.
Worth noting that a Vibranium Spear is a far better weapon than a staff, but Mays showings against Mockingbird, Sinara and her statement in comparison to Black Widow puts her a step above in martial arts skill, while her been trained in several melee weapons (as stated more than once, including a staff) and her showing against Ben in the Kree Arena, trading blows with and landing clean hits on a precognitive master fighter, is enough to give her a solid victory.

I think people fail to realize just how ridiculously skilled May is. This is her fight to loose. She has every advantage over Okoye.

QFT. I think in universe Okoye would probably win but May's plethora of feats makes her too hard to go against. She's a beast.
May has some seriously impressive feats behind her but it has to be said Okoye's skill with her Spear is exceptional both defensively and offensively. I know May is proficient with improvised weaponry and close quarters combat but Okoye is a trained warrior who has presumably been trained to use that spear from a young age and I think she would know full well of how to take advantage of opening for a killing blow. If it were hand to hand I'd say May but here, I think Okoye has it.
I want to give this one to May, but Okoye's spear game is sick. Okoye's aim is outstanding, but she has not had the opportunity to display hand to hand yet. She was easily thrown by Proxima after only having 2 seconds alone with her (but I blame bad writing).

What actual showings besides fighting May does said telepath have? What evidence is there that Ben's a master martial artist?
May definitely wins this (she's a lot more skilled and physical), but I never understood why this "feat" is used so much.
Okoye would have a chance because of the spear, but I think May would beat her. She's definitely more skilled, has better damage soak, just better overall.
