Okoye (MCU) vs Unarmed Steve Rogers (MCU)

The lone fact that she could exchange blows with a team of Okoye and BW when Bucky couldn't even keep up with BW and Sharon and was getting beat up until he overpowered puts her out of Cap's league skill-wise. And if you look at the quality of the hits she took and the yards tall leaps she made in the fight with Wanda and think Cap's on her physical level, I don't know what to say.

You just keep listing people that would beat Cap to suggest Okoye can't beat him here. Just agree to disagree.

@anthp2000: Bucky stomped them both faster than Proxima could subdue even Widow.

She was not better than Steve especially in skill.

And the very fact that she couldn't overpower Widow's hand easily before she was thrown into the thresher shows that her strength isn't particularly impressive.

And do you actually believe she's Valkyrie level?

Captain can also jump around easily. Just because Proxima was jumping a few yards doesn't mean she's stronger.

@anthp2000: What? Bucky defeated Widow and Sharon, and moved on to a stronger opponent in T'Challa. Bucky managed to knock down T'Challa before running to a higher floor. T'Challa followed him, got the better of Bucky in a few exchanges, and threw him back down to the first floor, and then Bucky ghosted him. Neither Widow or Sharon helped T'Challa. Sharon was done after Bucky threw her into the table, Widow was done after Bucky choked her.

@alavanka: Widow and Sharon made Bucky their punching bag for a while there. 10 direct hits in weak parts of his body in a matter of seconds. Widow eith a superior combatant help and weapons didn't make this headway against Proxima, ergo Proxima's more skilled than Bucky. I don't know what you people fail to understand.

@anthp2000: Bucky's entire fight with Widow and Sharon lasted like 15 seconds, and ended with both the girls defeated.

They didn't land 10 shots on Bucky. Sharon went for 2 kicks, both of which were blocked. Widow stepped in and landed a knee, and an uppercut that looks like it hit him in the nuts. Sharon went back in and landed a spinning heel kick, and went for another kick that Bucky caught. Bucky then threw Sharon into a table. This either knocks her out or injured her bad enough so that she couldn't keep fighting, as Sharon doesn't contribute for the rest of the fight. Widow then went for a submission that failed, and elbowed him 4 times on the head until he slammed her. At best that is 7 strikes landed, and the 4 elbows that Widow landed were thrown from a terrible position. Widow paid for those elbows by allowing Bucky to slam her and choke her, which cost her the fight. Again, this entire sequence lasted around 15 seconds. Bucky then had another fight with T'Challa for around 1 minute. Bucky even managed to knock T'Challa down before going for the stairs. T'Challa would go on to chase down Bucky on the upper floors, get the better of Bucky in 2 exchanges, and throw him down the first floor. Bucky then ghosts T'Challa by the time the latter jumped down on the first floor. During this entire fight scene, neither Natasha or Sharon managed to get back up to help T'Challa chase down Bucky.

Proxima may very well beat Bucky (I would assume so because Corvus can beat Cap), but this doesn't change the fact that Bucky easily dispatched Natasha and Sharon in Civil War. Cap should be able to easily dispatch Okoye. Cap has better showings against Bucky than Widow and Sharon combined.
