Don't know the guy whos facing Naruto and Sasuke. But since he looks like a Dragon Ball character I'm going with him stomping the hell out of this duo.

Even with speed and strength equlized 73 stomps them effortlessly. He would just need to touch their necks which i am sure he can easily and after that he will copy all their abilities and skills with which he will kill them.
