Probably Nate unless there is prep, Strange does crazy stuff with a little planning. Nate's powers are not only immense, they are synergistic. He uses them all together in a intuitive instinctual kind of way that makes him really diverse. This says full potential, which is supposedly = WPoTC

Potentially yes but Strange or Nate can win this depending on how they fight.

I can't decide honestly as Nate is the only one at the height of his power that could enter a Planck Length and gain what wisdom/skills that he needs to defeat Strange and Thor. I won't cut Strange out though as he can manipulate time himself and step out of it like Nate can while Thor can't which leaves him as the weakest one.

But does Nate actually have reaction feats that are FTL, or does he somehow mitigate time in a another fashion?

@blackstaroblivion: I don't believe so, he does have some good reaction feats but nothing speedster level. He just enters Planck and goes on.

@supermanwithatan01: honestly its just people and things saying statements, but he does have many feats of seeming to have immunity to magic/time/etc manipulation I can show ya those if ya like
