@the_kidd: What is Obito capable of and what's his gimmick? He seems like a cool character. I know he can BFR but that's about it.
His main gimmick is hard to describe, it's basically a form of dimensional manipulation. He can bfr people to his own dimension or partially hide inside it to make himself intangible. Here a few videos to explain it better.
@shade545: Midnighter could never blitz Obito, it's more likely the other way around. Children in Naruto had around hypersonic speed feats and Obito was specifically able to counter and react to not only the fastest ninja in the series, but also his backup who were pretty fast themselves.
@the_kidd: Relative to Naruto characters, Midnighter is slow. Bullet timing and reacting to "speedsters" is something the children in Naruto can replicate thanks to their training.

Bullets are only low supersonic and the speedster in question he reacted to is low level, not Flash or even Quicksilver level so let’s not hype it up to more than what it is. They have no feats to suggest they’re faster than even Speed Demon.
I wouldn't put Midnighter so damn high, maybe around characters like wolverine, Deku, Kirito, or even Venom. Obito is too much for him.
He has precog but that'll be pretty useless with the number of kits Tobi has, he's beyond f*ck once he uses kamui since that makes his door BFR pretty useless. Having the Rinnegan against someone like Midnighter is mostly an instant win since he can just soul rip him.
He's f*cked in every form of the imagination unless Obito doesn't roll that way.
