People forgetting obito has his 6 paths of pein that can each shoot a bijuu dama, byakuya gets turned to paste in both rounds, he also has genjutsu which will oneshot byakuya.

Round 2: add in the 10 weakest captains and byakuya still dies.

R1. Depends on how much people like Byakuya/think he is smart.

R2. Juubito stomps

R1: Byakuya with some difficulty..kamui is the only problem, but Luckily Byakuya attack style is a counter, he could Attack obito for an hour if he wants or he could Just pull a Minato and outspeed and one shot him. One thing is sure though obito is not harming This Byakuya.

R2 : Juubito takes this.

Byakuya wins in R1, and Juubito wins in R2.
