Oars(One Piece) vs Yammy(Bleach)

That's about as far from the truth as you could have made it, Is here Oda is the worst but Kishimoto is definitely the best.

Kubo is only good at Character design and even then it's bland at times.

It's a matter of opinion but I personally think he's better then Kishimoto and Oda but Yusuke Murata is still the best

@el_directo_: Mashima ain't bad (which is surprising considering FT is garbage) at art, however, Kubo is still better when it comes to design, fight scenes, and effort overall.

Comical:

Explain me why I only see 3-5 hair types, same facial design, same eyes, etc. Basically you can only tell them apart by what they're wearing.

Now compare it to the fact how everyone up above isn't close to identical. The only part Naruto has over Bleach here is the costumes, and even then you see the superior effort into drawing the Shihakusho's compared to drawing just a shinobi uniform.
