Feats from Hobbs show that he's about James Borne level, but stronger and slower.

He is multiple times stronger than Bourne. And speed isnt really a factor here. Nyssa cant hurt him in h2h and he can potentially one shot her.
He shoots her in round 2 unless she bullet timed before.
Of course speed is a factor here, Hobbs won't be able to hit her most of the time.
And claiming that one of the most skilled members of the League of Assassins won't know how to hurt a larger opponent is irrational.
I can see Hobbs taking it with a Mini-Gun that is hard to avoid in a warehouse, even so, her stealth skills and ability to use the environment shouldn't be discounted.
We should also remember her agility, which will give her a considerable advantage.

Well I disagree. I think he can kill both of them at the same time with no problem in h2h.

Oliver is ridiculously overrated.
Well I consider Oliver the highest of his tier (live action ) and best to be able to fight characters like Captain America and such.

@asianpersuasion: I actually think Hobbs wins both rounds. He's shown almost superhuman strength and has some really crazy feats. Although Nyssa does put up a really good fight.
