His whole body with the exception of his head is covered with adamantium making him totally invunerable even to adamantium bullets from what we've seen. He has a healing factor but not as well as wolverines because he lost and eye and it didn't grow back. He also has 12in nails that come from each finger that have strong enough posion that can even effect wolverine and his healing factor.

Nuke

Killing machine basically lol he doesn't feel pain and has something in his body that allows things to go through it. Nvm its hard to explain lol. He can run at 700 mphs and is very good with weapons. Who wins??

Excellent! Two characters that deserve more mention around here. Nuke is strong, fast and tough, but I don't know if he has what it takes to bring down Cyber. That adamantium skin is a problem, and the poison in Cyber's claws would seriously mess with Nuke's already unstable mind.
