Nuke and Captain America vs Solid & Naked Snake

Conditions:

• Both Marvel characters are 616 Versions
• Solid Snake and Naked Snake are in their prime
• Everyone is normal and in-character

Gear:

• Nuke gets his signature machine gun, a combat knife, a pistol of his choice, 5 grenades, and 5 claymores.
• Captain America gets his Vibranium shield, a combat knife, a pistol of his choice, 5 grenades, and 5 claymores.
• Naked Snake gets an M4 custom assault rifle, a pistol of his choice, a combat knife, 5 grenades, and 5 claymores.
• Solid Snake gets the same gear as his "father."
• Both teams get two pairs of binoculars.
• NO SILENCED WEAPON!!

Location:

This generic, remote jungle military base. The fight takes place during the day. Both teams start 1 mile away from each other somewhere in the base.

@jashro44: Either Snake vs Captain America is still a toss up, so Nuke is definitely the determining factor in this fight. Steve managed to knock him out with just his fists, albeit he was pretty mad at the time, but both Snake's have better striking feats than Captain America so I'm inclined to believe they could replicate that if things got desperate enough. Optimally the Snake's can play the stealth game and destroy Nuke with mines and grenades. He's not near skilled enough to keep that from happening, and their collective 20 bombs should be more than enough if a single RPG posed a threat to Simmons. I'd also wager the Snake's would have much more synergy in their teamwork since they were at one point allies, and their ideals and methods don't clash nearly as much as Steve's do with Nuke's.

Thats not ultimate nick fury but Nick Fury Jr. I haven't read much with him so I don't know the full story but basically Nick fury has a son who looks like ultimate nick fury. Marvel wants there 616 universe to match up with the movies basically....I don't even know what the real nick fury is doing right now.
