Bendis armour Tony would stand the best chance but, Nova's durability feats render Tony's attack feats null. Homie tanked a blast from Galactus and flew through a God blast from that Pharoah looking guy. Not to mention Annuhilus was wearing the quantum bands when he and Rich fought.

Iron Man has better stats and is more versatile. He's not losing.

Isn't Nova moon level though? I could have sworn he was destroying moon sized ships from the Annihilation wave or something like that? Iron Man should be below moon level stat wise, so I don't see how he has better stats. Correct me if I'm wrong.

@theslader: if Nova is Moon level, then so is Iron Man. I don't recall Annihilation Wave having any moon sized ships. Richard had been choked out by Super-Skrull (who was using just one hand and Rich couldn't break his grip), shitstomped by Doom, one-shot by Annihilus and couldn't do any damage to Mindless Ones. He has also been physically overpowered by a super-skrull with Sandman's powers. His physicals are really not that good.

Being as big as "small moons" is worthless. Mars' moons Phobos and Deimos are only 22 km and 12 km in diameter respectively, and I'm decently sure they aren't even the smallest moons around.

@wetworksinc: IIRC he was also doing major damage to the head ship in his charge against Annihilus which dwarfed the Dreds
