Why?

He did in the recent mha movie which is canon, although if we're being honest Nora has no quantifiable speed feats anyway.

@thewatcherking: She scales to Yang who is faster than Deku and Bakugou, and even trash tier students like Cardin are bullet timers. there's no evidence that suggests Nora is slower.

OT: Nora can blitz them, and I don't see either of them recovering from this.

Is more impressive than what Yang did there.

And not all bullet timing feats are the same, Cardin didn't react to machine gunfire like Deku. Yang's best speed feat is machine gun timing, which is what Deku himself has done. Deku also has experience beating opponents faster than himself, so even if I gave Nora the speed advantage(for some reason) it's not enough to say Deku loses.

I also don't think we should scale Yang to Nora, since Yang is by feats better than Nora in every way save striking power. Nora's durability isn't very impressive, she gets splattered by 100% Deku in R2, and in R1 Deku has the strength tp put her down although not as effortlessly.

That seems pretty incriminating. He's clearly reacting to them there. Deku and Bakugo definitely take it.

@thewatcherking: Ah you found it! Yeah, he clearly reacted to the shots. This finally puts the argument of "someone with a gun just shoots them" to death for a lot of My Hero characters.
