He has a decent fight at round 2. And loses at round 4 from what I've seen of Gilgamesh. Know nothing of round 3

Honestly id think he's have a better shot at kratos than Gilgamesh.

@cor_tsar: I'll fix the OP, and put Kratos at 4, and Gilgamesh at 5.

@digitaldemon: r-really? Ill say he stops ay 5 still. Dante and Gilgamesh can both beat him.

Kratos would be a bitch to actually put down, but I think noctis speed, maneuverability, and weapon versatility puts him over the edge against the guy.

Don't know most of the characters but he could beat the YoRHa duo and Kratos.

Honestly he might clear.....Idk extensively about all the other characters except maybe Kratos, Dante, and 2B a bit, but I have put countless hours into FFXV and did all the dungeons and quests and everything... and if you've leveled up like I have then the game is just SO easy lol Noctis has a crap ton of MP and it regenerates automatically whenever he point-warps somewhere. When Noctis is in that "king" form (forget the name, been forever since I played) he's actually pretty powerful, and if you give him the ring of lucii he's just damn overpowered, he can kill the giant mountain turtle with one wave of his hand with that thing can't he?

Instant killing the bosses/powerful enemies with the Ring in FFXV is pretty unlikely and depends on RNG, so he probably can't one shot Dante with it. On top of that it takes a few seconds to charge up and use, a few seconds is plenty of time for Dante who is really fast, can teleport, duplicate himself and manipulate time in many ways (Quicksilver,Bangle of time)

@mrabductor: Ah, true true......but did you see Noctis' fights with the Leviathan and Ardyn at the end? He is somewhat powerful like I said, in that mode the dude just has like endless warping and can fly around at pretty fast speeds with pretty good dc as well.

He stops at Kurumi. Yeah, he outclasses her in physical strength. However, Kurumi is more durable, faster, and has the hax to put him down. First off, is that she's scales to being as fast, if not faster than her peers who can do this.

Now, she also has her time manipulation, and her clones. Noctis has no resistance to time manipulation which is a very bad disadvantage to have against someone like her.

Loading Video...

Yeah, Noctis is fast enough to block gunfire, but blocking gunfire from her time-bullet Zayin is not adviced as that would instantly freeze Noctis in time, and is left open to be gun-down by Kurumi and her clones. She also has her City of Devouring Time. City of Devouring time replenishes Kurumi's time (Life-force) by stealing another persons life-force, and this is can be used on a crowd.

Loading Video...

Here you see it kind of small. However, but here you see at the end of video that the City of Devouring Time expended pretty hugely. Covering at least over ten thousand people. Noctis is gonna be in for a bad as his life-force is gonna be constantly sucked out, and her clone can use this ability also.

Granted Noctis has vastly superior strength, but depending on weakened he is. She could get him with her ethereal hands, and devour him through her shadow.

No Caption Provided

Right here we see her have her ethereal hands come out from under. However, in the pick below we see them appear around Origami to bind her. However, this is dependent on weakened he would.

No Caption Provided

She and her peers (fellow spirits) find being in the center of this NON-LETHAL

No Caption Provided

I don't see a way, for Noctis to beat Kurumi.

Don't know much about 3, but he beats 1,2 and 4. Probably loses 5 too, and 6.

Here is some stuff to quote about her speed.

DAL Volume 7: As the DEM wizards and <Bandersnatch> fired their magic cannons and mini missiles, they managed to hit some of the Kurumi clones in the surroundings, as well as the tiled ground and buildings around it. With every explosion, a shrieking laughter could be heard, as the shape of Kurumi’s body was thrown about everywhere like debris.

But, in the midst of the explosion, black bullets were fired toward the sky, hitting the wizards in their units and the <Bandersnatch> in the brains.

It was an unimaginable and complicated fight. The wizards used all their strength, descending into the rain of a million bullets at once, fighting against the limitless incarnation of a nightmare from the shadows. Both sides continued their slaughter mercilessly. If Shidou were to step into this fight, it would be difficult trying to put his body together for a funeral.

However, this could very well be a hyperbole, so take this with a grain of salt, but this would indicate Noctis might be in for a bad time she could very overwhelm him pretty fast. There also seems to be a case of her being able to body swap with her clones.

DAL Volume 7:

“Our time is short. Let’s go, Kurumi.”

“Eh. The first offices should be—“

—at the moment Kurumi pointed her index finger to denote the direction. Shidou thought that her entire body had turned black.

“Ah—“

Faint, it was a faint sound. The Kurumi, who had been conversing with Shidou, had her head thrown into the sky.

“Eh…?”

It was sudden, and Shidou didn’t understand what had happen in that moment, aside from a low sound.

Then, the place where Kurumi’s brain was supposed to be began to spray out blood like a fountain, staining Shidou red. At this moment, Shidou’s brain finally registered what had happened.

“Uu—uwaaaaaa!?”

Shidou screamed loudly as he fell to the ground. At the same time, Kurumi’s body fell to the ground like a lifeless puppet.

“Ku, Kurumi! Kurumi!”

It was clear that there was no hope, yet Shidou continued to run towards Kurumi. The brainless body continued to convulse as it created a red puddle on the floor.

...

Mana had a face of surprise. Then, the shadow on the walls of the building began to widen, revealing Kurumi’s crooked smile. At the same time, the fallen Kurumi’s body was absorbed by the shadows.

“Kehehe, your greeting style is as unrefined as ever.”

“Kurumi…! Are you alright!?”

“Eh. It cannot be, do you think that something like this would be enough to kill me?”

It seems she had exchanged places with her clone. Kurumi smiled as she touched her hand with her finger. Mana let out a “tch” in spite.

In Mayuri Judgment. Kurumi seems to phase through a wall as if she's intangible. This could be a specific application of her shadow travel ability, but it lacks the regular portal that appears when she uses it. So, this may, or may not be a separate ability.

In contrast to her regular portals like this.

This wouldn't be good for Noctis as he doesn't possess the ability to harm anything in intangible.

Kurumi also has a shadow dimension which is a massive black void. Miku notes that she can't use her powers in here. Which means if she can drag Noctis into her shadow dimension, he's as good as fucked. However, this requires overpowering him which depending on if she can weaken him, it might, or might not be a good idea to try and drag him in.

Definitely stops at Kratos.

Gets absolutely stomped by Dante.

I just realized something about his feat against Titan. Everytime he overpowers Titan, he's always depicted using Sword of the Wise which happens to be one of the Royal Arms. Here is one instance.

Here is another reference here.

Considering all of the times he has overpowered him, or parried him. He's always shown to be using Sword of the Wise which again is one of his Royal Arms. This may very well be the power of the Royal Arm, and not Noctis' true strength. Even then Titan was heavily weakened, and was taking constant damage from Niflhiem while being weakened.

Want to state a reason why, instead of just saying he stops at the characters.

@digitaldemon: Sure.

Kurumi is fast, agile, strong, and skilled enough to keep up with Noctis, she just lacks the versatility that he possesses. But I think it’s possible, but not terribly likely, that her clones could cover the gap. Hence could, but probably not.

Kratos is just too strong and too durable. It’s very unlikely that Noctis could do much damage, where a few punches from Kratos should take him out. Hence definitely.

Dante outclasses him in every way. Strength, speed, regen, versatility, etc. Hence a stomp.

Noctis would only win the first two rounds before it starts getting sour for him with Kurumi,Kratos,Gilgamesh, and Dante. Like other posters in this thread have already gone through for why.
