F4 should take both rounds handily. Johnny handles Sandman and Sue just contains Electro in a field. With the biggest players out of the way, they should sweep.
With prep it’s even more of a mismatch in favor of F4
The Fantastic Four win in a horrible, one-sided mismatch thanks to Johnny & Sue, and Ben can help out, too:
Here are some feats:
The Human Torch has the powers of pyrokinesis and flight. As a result, he is also immune to fire and heat.
The heat and flames released from Johnny can reach at least 4000 Kelvin, which is over 6700 Fahrenheit or 3700 Celsius. While testing out the limits of his powers in the first movie, Johnny reached this temperature without much effort.
SUE: You were at 4000 Kelvin. Any hotter, you're approaching supernova.
JOHNNY: Sweet.
SUE: That's the temperature of the sun.
REED: Not only could you kill yourself, but you could set fire to Earth's atmosphere and destroy all human life as we know it.
The surface of the Sun is roughly 5800 Kelvin, so this was an accurate assessment.
When facing off against Dr Doom at the climax of the 2005 film, the Fantastic Four's strategy was for Johnny to go supernova in order to superheat Dr Doom's metallic exterior (https://youtu.be/kPRjkUwfzUc?t=120).
It completely incinerated Doom's costume and burnt most of his metallic exterior, although he survived.
Out-speeds a heat-seeking missile while maneuvering through New York CityManeuvers through buses/cars and catches up to Silver Surfer, who is known to travel between planets and across solar systems. Sue's force-fields have blocked Johnny's fire. Same Johnny that was casually reaching Supernova levels of heat when he was just learning his powers:
For the first round Sue just contains them both until they suffocate while she's invisible.
For the second round Sue crushes them between force fields.
She covered an explosion with her force field while it was going off which should make her significantly faster than everyone here.
Her force field momentarily contained Torch going Supernova (the temperature of the surface of the sun) while Doom was also blasting from the inside (Doom's casual blasts can destroy cars).
And managed to somewhat support and slow down the London Eye. Which weighs over a thousand tons:
She's also prevented the London Eye (weights 2314 tons without any people on) from falling over for an extended period of time with people on.
The ferris wheel she held back. The London Eye. Is over a thousand tons:
From the ground, the massive2,300-ton attraction resembles a glorified Ferris wheel.

He's not Continental. The guy casually ignored a Continental level destruction. And if you look back on the video. The entire planet itself seemed to repeatedly shake from the Force:
Surviving something on that level is far above Continental++. And he stayed in there for a good while before leaving.
And Doom casually overpowering Thing. Who scales to merged Johnny in AP. Same merged Johnny that sent Surfer Doom Flying a good distance with a stone punch (Skip to 0:46):
