Nightwing vs Night Trasher

As the topic says, Nightwing vs Night Trasher

The fight takes place in a abandoned warehouse.
Night Trasher fights in his Mark 2 powersuit.

                          

I would say Nightthrasher.Nightwing is the better figher but Nighttrasher has better equipment.

That is what i was thinking, but because the fight takes place in a warehouse, Nightwing might make good use of his agility to get to Night Trasher, perhaps attack him in the back. And don't forget Nightwing has some gadgets of his own.
