Probably Dick. Way faster and more skilled than anyone here and can reasonably be argued to be able to put down everyone too. Luke Cage is the only real issue and he's still not too threatening.
The only one posing any type of threat is Luke Cage and only because he's tougher to put down. Nightwing is way faster, more agile, and more skilled than anyone here. Beating Luke is gonna come down to gear.
