Word. Nightwing's better in a setting where he can jump around and do aerobic stuff. Not that Bats can't, but Nightwing's better. But rooftop, I think the master stays on top.
On a rooftop? Batman as so many gadgets perfectly equipped for this kind of thing, but Night only has maybe an airvent or two and a discarded pole. Is that enough to out maneuver him?

lol anyway but terry always got his ass kicked in the cartoon and nightwing is much more like the original than terry and on a rooftop is great for nightwing because of how agile he is and plus terry's flyin wont be as cheap

Im not doubting Nightwing's capability to beat him, however...if we are talking about cannon, Terry wasn't even born when Dick is in his prime. So, if they are fighting one another then Nightwing's pretty old, and Bruce is croaking any minute now lol

Oh well in that case its completely unrealistic. BUT
While Terry has got Bruce's gene's and the power suit, and he is trained by an elderly version of Bruce,
Dick was trained by Bruce in Bruce's prime and he's a extremely agile and an acrobat
I don't know. Nightwing was sent to that prison in his year one volume and barely got out alive; that's when Barbara had to take care of him. I guess I'll go with Nightwing,...if he can survive that, then he can take down Terry.
Both are pretty emo though and seem to get really angry really quickly. I am just begining to realize how similar their personalities are.
Nightwing hsa been shown to be a fighter much more skilled than Terry, his agility is superior and like babs said he was trained by Bruce when he was on his prime.
True, Terry has the suit but remember that Nightwing has been trained to take down metahumans
