Round 1- death battle h2h only.

Round 2- death battle with all gear and weapons.

Oh, a little bit hard to say with that added "to death" rule. I think both guys haven't shown anything noteworthy in their books recently.

Matt should win round 1 mid difficulty. Round 2 still Matt, but with a lot more trouble.

Matt should take a majority both rounds.

Round 1 - Matt.

Round 2 - Dick.
