Nightwing and Arsenel vs Daredevil and Hawkeye

Takes place in New York 
Morals on 
This is current Dick meaning he has all his pre-52 feats. (For the most part right?)
This is Roy when he was on the Outsiders. 
Dick and Roy have 1 hour prep and info on their opponents 
 DD and clint do not. 
There is no tag teaming in this fight meaning if say Roy beats clint. He can't help dick beat matt he has to wait till one is eliminated and then act accordingly.
 
Roy has two Desert eagels with 4 extra clips.
Clint has 40 normal arrows. 
Matt has standard billy clubs
Dick has standard gear. 
 
Start 20 feet apart on a rooftop who wins and why?

I don't know much about aresnal but I think it comes down to him and daredevil.

It would come to a stale mate Clint would probably take Roy but Dick would take Matt.

Then if Dick and Clint fought Dick would win.

Nightwing wins.

I think Daredevil can take a decent majority against either Nightwing or Red Arrow.
Meanwhile, Hawkeye would likely lose to Nightwing in a good fight, and I have no idea who'd honestly take it between him and Red Arrow. Personally, I've seen better feats from Clint so I'd be inclined to support him. But even then, Daredevil can beat either of his enemies.

Daredevil and Hawkeye would own this. Nightwing is no match for Daredevil, and Hawkeye is at least as good a marksman as Arsenal. If Arsenal manages to beat Hawkeye, he can't tag DD. Nightwing may have a chance if he has his taser gear, DD would come out on top most of the time. IMO.

@KainScion: I don't know much about speedy either to be honest...How would you compare him to nightwing, better or worst? And if he is better then by how much?

@jashro44: i would say he isnt as skilled as dick in h2h but he is a really good shot with a bow but with guns idk

@KainScion: Daredevil can probably take him then. I don't think the gap is to big for daredevil to close in on unless arsenal is a lot more accurate then bullseye.
