He can transform into any body or any thing to a cellular level. I this case he'll be playing Karnak, my opponent will probably give you some bio\powers\abilities about Karnak but basically he is a very skilled martial artists and has the power to sense weaknesses.

Ditto vs. Karnak.

So Ditto has the ability impostor which makes him immediately turn into his opponent (Karnak) now Ditto would detect any weaknesses in Cyclops that Rocket or Karnak might exploit,now that Cyclops knows of it he will be more cautions. and Then he goes on to attack Karnak and yes, Karnak did easily drop a Skrull importor of him easily (See sacn here, 1,2) so you would think Dittionak would be no different but that impostor merely had Karnak's power and none of his skill, unlike Ditto who according to the Pokedex gets Karnak's stats, move set and powers. So Karnak vs. Dittokak will be a stale mate.

Cyclops vs Rocket.

So let's break it down.

Cyclops's agility and accuracy vs Rocket's Rocket boots and jet-pack.

Rocket is quite small and might be hard to hit and if you add these rocket boots you'd think it'd be impossible right? Well, no. Cyclops is agile and accurate. Here he shots Mjolnir out of Thor's hand and into Iron Man. Here he destroys multiple cars with his accuracy,here Cyclops throws a coin up into the air and shots in down. I'm pretty sure Cyclops can easily tag Rocket and when he does that shot is powerful enough to do this.
