Superman New 52 will have trouble with combat speed and physicals (strikes). I don't think he can take on all of these three combined.

Saitama solos. Boros manages somehow.

Boros was planet level easily. Saitama was even beyond that. If it was All star superman,Superman wins,but New 52 Superman is weaker.

Now,coming to the background of reality......

Saitama was written to motivate the real life fat guys so that they can workout and make a positive change in life and society. So,he cannot be defeated. He is literally the symbol showing that even a simple person can be a legend with enough determination.

Supes should win, I mean he was able to hurt guys like Cyborg Superman who has been stated to tank Supernovas like they’re nothing so he’s definitely stronger than all of them as for speed even while being heavily weakened is still faster than everyone in the OPM Team.

Trio all individually possess enough speed to match or outspeed him in CQC. All in all, possess enough blunt force durability to tank/no-sell/endure his regular striking strength (depending on who we're talking about) which clocks out at multi mountain-mountain range level consistently. And possess more than enough striking strength, firepower and synergistic versatility to eventually kill him via Boros's canon(which superman can't tank consistently) or super serious punches from Saitama(which, again, Clark doesn't have consistent blunt force durability feats suggesting he can survive).

Superman's only way to win would his interstellar BFR, where he takes you to the moon, to Venus, or to the sun etc.

Possibly. He has the means, speed, character and his nonsensical regen that allows him to endure strikes and eventually allowing to get Clark with the canon.

Are people comparing Energy Durability to Blunt physical Durability? That's not how it works. Show Superman New 52 surviving anything close to physicals near Casual Saitama or Boros's physicals when he is in Burst Mode.
