Pretty sure New 52 Flash isn't that good. His striking is meh tier. Him being bloodlusted in the second round might help him though.

@eredin12: It's just Flash dodging a bullet at a femtosecond. You can see the bullet inches away from his head. I know using a bullet doesn't make sense to demonstrate that speed feat, but the author's intention is above expectation what should make sense. Otherwise, we have to dismiss a lot like certain anime/comic character moving at Lightspeed to dodge bullets. And its not an outlier, since he scales to New 52 Superman who crossed the universe in two months while weakened. I agree he has Low End feats and statements which doesn't even make sense. And for Flash AP it's also mostly scaling and statements. This version of him is more a scaling character than feats like 99% of all fictional characters

It's the author intention to protray his speed with a sloppy example. Otherwise we have to say that it makes no sense for character A to use a planet level blast to destroy a building B. Therefore character A statement/blast is building level despite the author's intention that the blast still has planet level DC. So stay consistent and give me the other "femtosecond" statement from street level characters.

Travel speed is combat speed, since Superman could tag the Flash while he was dodging Superman's attack.

Even with scaling he has no feats to hurt a number of guys here. Especially Saitama.

New 52 Superman has planet level and star level feats and statement which he scales like Helspont and Flash scales to Superman.

Flash clear stomps unlike other speed characters he has phasing, infinite mass punch, speed steal, speed force dump etc he’s much more then just a casual speedster. ignore the clown above me he lowballs everything DC.

Flash probably gets past all but Saitama. Who he might lose to because he won't take him seriously. Everyone above them takes themselves seriously enough for Flash not to slip up in a fight against them. But Saitama would catch him completely off guard.

If he's bloodlusted Saitama is dead before he even thinks to start getting serious. He let Boros kick him to the moon because he wasn't being serious. That kick could have actually killed him if he didn't make it back to earth because Saitama needs oxygen, food, and water to survive. If Saitama could even perceive bloodlusted a Flash he'd be more concerned about why Flash is angry and won't go all out because Flash is human. He'll think he can just tank Flash's attacks than be phased through and speed stolen before he can realize what happened.

As others have correctly stated, N52 Flash is a force to be reckoned with but not nearly the strongest version of the character.

R1: probably Tornado. IC he won't go right for the kill and he's not beating her once she's in the air with shields.

R2: stops at Boros, especially as he can't recover between rounds. And he definitely gets pasted against a bloodlusted Saitama, who is not only faster but massively stronger than this Flash (I've never seen anything to suggest this Flash is above LS).

As for ranking: he'd be easily S class, don't know how anyone could argue otherwise.

@eredin12: You took the "There is only being that can destroy a world" out of context. Superman is talking about a universe and thinks Darkseid is the one that is coming with that power. While it's shown to be the Anti-Monitor in the last panel. Who indeed has the power to end a world. Also Spider-Man dodging at that speed makes totally sense. He has spider senses which allows him to dodge even LS attacks.
