Who wins?

Team fairly easily. Matt at this point was not impressive apart from his stealth, which won't help here. He didn't have the durable red suit, and his cqc feats were sorely lacking. It's only in S2, and then moreso in Defenders, that he became a very credible threat.

Team. S2 Matt wipes the floor with them though.

Wick solos IMO.

Don't know about that, S2 is where Matt starts getting impressive, plus I had to limit him somehow. Wick team are closer to real humans than any of the comic shows.

Stop the Wick wank. End of S2 Matt was fodderizing Hand ninjas and rage wrecked Nobu, he’d mid diff this team.

Wick himself had issues with some random big guy in the first film.

@Jestersmiles: Either adding another character, giving Matt more gear, allowing him more more feats or some combination of those things would definitely help to even the odds.

Is this the Nobu that slowed his heartbeat and nearly beat Matt to death? I think people are wanking Matt a little too hard. He didn't do well at all and was only saved due to plot.

Team wrecks. John Wick has insane pain tolerance. I'd go with the guy that got stabbed and thrown off a balcony and still manages to stand up and walk it off, get thrown from a car and continue to do his thing.

Matt got the shit kicked out of him and thrown into a dumpster.

For a guy that has good h2h and agility he sure does get tagged a lot.

@o0deadman0o: people are just debating the difference between S1 matt vs S2 matt, I think that S2 matt is too much so that why I limited him to end of season 1 but before it was up to a certain episode of the season 1 and no suit.

I think this is a better fight.

Team Wick definitely has this locked down.

S1 Matt was not very impressive at all, he's made pretty incredible improvement through DDS2 and Defenders to become one of the top-tiers of live action skill. At the time he consistently struggled with fodder and often pretty standard hitmen/enforcers. Every individual in this fight could give him trouble at this point, especially since he had a tendancy to take a lot of damage without the armor to protect him. Against lethal fighters this'll be a mistake. Team Wick being armed is another big factor, Matt's gonna struggle immensly against three skilled fighters armed with blades. I think any two of the team would take Matt down, the three together win every time.

Wick team curbstomps, this needs to be locked.

Any of them shank him worse than the thugs did.

At this point I’d say Wick is close enough to give Matt hell on his own, add in Cassian who is more or less equal to Wick and Matt this early dies

Ares isn a non factor

Wick team slightly, only because of limited DD feats.

Season 1 Matt loses hard. End of S2, he would probably do well.
