@gokluma: No, they hit each other and that was the shockwave of their punch.

@kanyecosby: never watched the second matrix. Did he punch the guy hard enough to toss back all the raindrops?

@sladerulez: This was in the third one. It was did send back raindrops, but in other scenes when they create similar shockwaves they also shatter windows. Plus, the shockwave is so powerful it’s moving as fast as lightning.
