Poor durablity? just look at nnoitra. I'm not saying they would win but I wanted to bring that to light. In fact you cant cut/harm the espada without spiritually based attacks. For instance Nnoitra can't be cut unless it's from someone with exceptional spiritual power. The corps would certainly not lose but I feel they could only win via bfr or with prep.

It would. Bleach characters have terrible durability. Couple sword slashes and they are down for the count permanently. Nekron does battle on a higher level.
