I pretty sure lee is faster, but has shitty durability, so natsu would take the win if he lands an attack. Natsu 7/10

any natsu past the Laxus rebellion arc stomps this Lee pretty bad, anything past tenjou Island arc is just pure spite.

Lee has a ridiculously massive speed advantage which Natsu has absolutely no ability to counter, and he hits more than hard enough to put Natsu down, considering all the fodder attacks Natsu was getting knocked around by even in the final arc.

Lee is faster, but Natsu is stronger. His AoE gives him another advantage. I would say Natsu wins mid too high diff.
