I like to go with Sam Fisher. Chris is too direct, and he can easily be killed that way.

If Snake was here, the odds would go against Sam.

Sorry to be resurrecting the thread, but this is a good battle. Nathan Drake and Fisher are geniuses, as all three are really skilled. I think that Redfield would probably go down first, as Nathan Drake and Fisher are battling it out. As much as I'd love for Nathan Drake to be the winner, Fisher has a lot of experience, but at the same time, it can go to Nate still.

Drake is by far the fastest and most agile of the three but has the worst fighting skills/ Redfield has the best fighting skills, Sam is probably the most intelligent. 
It's a hard one IMO, I can see Sam waiting for Drake and Chris to finish fighting then pick off the winner from a hidden spot.
