Nate Grey runs the Reality Warping gauntlet

Hey, new viner here (also I'm on my phone and not a native speaker so please forgive me if I don't write clearly enough or this post isn't very well presented.)

I've been reading some stuff about Nate's powers recently and on Marvel's wikia he supposedely has some kind of resistance to reality warping and so I wondered what are the limits to this (or if he actually is vulnerable to RW)

Keep in mind that they do not fight, Nate just has to resist to their reality warping powers (as in not being turned into a frog or whatever)

1) Base Sentry

2) Void Sentry

3) Legion

4) Proteus

5) Scarlet Witch

6) Franklin Richards

7) Mad Jim Jaspers (even though I'm not entirely sure if he should be here)

Stops at 3. I'm assuming you mean HoM Scarlet Witch in this list, so she should be well above Franklin Richards, or even MJJ, depends on the version.

No I was thinking of base/standard, sorry let's say that they are all standard versions.

Legion should be higher 4th but Nate should be able to beat Legion if he doesn't hold back considering Legion bfr'd him back to AoA reality where Nate is some how depowered.

He didn't depower him, it was trick, once Nate realized what was really going on he took down David and his entire legion in what appears to be a one shot.

As of right now they have Nate sitting pretty comfortabley above Legion.

Just read it as Nate possessed him like he did Norman Osborn so Nate has a good chance of clearing now.

Also a bit of off-topic but in which issue does the Legion and Nate fight takes place ?

@hellionvulcan: That’s because Nate did possess Legion, but that’s simplifying it to a degree that dampens on just what Nate has to do to accomplish such a feat. You are talking about one man who imposed his will over a mental powerhouse with tons of personalities who were ready to fight X-Man. X-Man killed every one of those personalities and claimed Legions mind.

Edit: Not saying you didn’t know that, I’m mostly just reiterating for everyone who doesn’t get what was so great.

2 IMO.

1. Sentry doesn't have reality warping , neither Void.

2. Marvel wikia sucks. Nate has never resisted reality warping.

3. Legion > Proteus > HoM Wanda.

@aqualion0: I was being humorous, mainly because the scans you sent didn't prove her being below multiversal. And I choked when I saw her being "nowhere near universal", when even lowballed she is at least universal+.

as you can see it specifically says the chaos wave tore through the omniverse

The first scan you can see the wave tearing through many realities. on the first scan, last panel the top right is Galactus's boot showing that it even affected cosmic entities

Second scan in the middle specifically mentions that it tore through the omniverse which also was powerful enough to resurrect Mad Jim Jaspers. So now we have on panel narration that confirms this, plus images to support this.

the last scan on the right, checks all of the other documented alternate realities such as AoA and Ultimate and so on, showing that the spell affected those realities as well.

Also the scan you posted, was that from the HoM arc? because I can't recall, its been a few years since i've read it, During the HoM arch she was amped by the life force entity which essentially allowed her powers to reach nigh omniversal scales.

Regardless we have on panel confirmation that the chaos wave swept across the omniverse. So again, this version of Wanda is miles above Legion.

Also to add onto that:

The scan clearly states that "No more mutants" zipped through every reality. It said "cracks formed across all realities", meaning she shifted the entire multiverse, or the omniverse, whatever you wanna call it.

Also, Roma states that the Wave would destroy all of Creation, if not stopped. Considering the fact that she exists on a plane of existence above Multiverse (Otherworld, which is stated to be a pan-dimensional realm) it is probably true that it would destroy the entirety of the Multiverse.

There were 2 things Scarlet did during HoM.

1. Affected earth and 95% of mutants.

2. Accidentally created dimensional wormhole which set off the Chaos Wave.

It was Chaos Wave that brought Mad Jim Jaspers back and warped omniverse. Wave had nothing to do with HoM Wanda's power. If you want more proof just look at your second pic. Why Would Wanda resurrect damned MJJ? Didn't she erase mutants in order to get rid of them?

Context of scans I posted - Doctor Strange with eye of agamotto one-shots HoM SW. Based on this Eye of Agamotto should be beyond omniversal which is illogical and contradicts your words.

The chaos wave was the result of her power, now you're just arguing semantics. Was the wormhole not a product of Wanda? did the chaos wave not originate from reality 616?

yes she may have meant to affect 616 mutants, but she was mentally unstable hence the wave, regardless what transpired was a result of her power whether intentional or not.

Clearly it extended way beyond earth, the illustration clearly shows other planets/worlds + dimensions as stated by Strange,

That's wrong, because she didn't affect just one Earth, she affected all of them in the Multiverse, proven by my previous scan:

Even Strange himself admits that he can't revert "No more mutants", so Eye of Agamotto one-shotting HoM SW would be either PIS or pure versatility.
