Magneto. I watched the anime a bunch of times and even if Naruto is in his nine tail fox form, I don't think he will be able to win. Rasengan is the best shot he has, which can be easily countered with Magneto's shields. I say Magneto.

no cause it was 2 and a half years when he returned to the leaf village

Magneto, a barrier that could withstand a blast from Galactus can surely withstand anything Naruto has to offer...

Magneto stomps if there is any metal around but if they fight in a open field then it would be close but Magneto still wins

Magnetos shield can stop any of narutos attacks and his clones would be nothing to magneto

Depends on the area. And would be close either way. Considering IDK if Magneto has any ability to stop the Rasen Rasengan Shuriken. If he does, would like to know besides lifting up the ground which would leave him open to Naruto's insane speed to get behind him and then Rasengan him. But Magneto could let the rock go and throw Naruto. But then Naruto goes six tales and Magneto can't hurt him. But then he rips Naruto's blood out in an act of desperation. Magneto wins in the end.

is this shuppiden naruto or not cus he did make that one move that disintegrates people.

1) Magneto is fast enough to tag Northstar and Quicksilver without even seeing him. 
2) Magneto's shield has defended him from a nuke in the past.
3) Magneto has literally completely immobilized three or four people while hurling another into outer space.

dont get me wrong i think mags probably wins but naruto has like a 10% chance to take this
