People still don't realize the one fact about Ichigo. He does not have giant flashy Aoe destructive attacks like Naruto or Goku. He is more of an Attack Potency type of a guy.

Naruto: Country-Multi-Country... possibly Continental if you highball.

Goku: Easily Universal+

Ichigo: Mountain if you take pure destructive capability. Small Country-Country with Attack Potency in mind.

Luffy: Mountain to Multi-Mountain

Luffy - island - small country

Goku - Multi Planet - dwarf star

And i think ichigo can be planet, cuz his reatsu equal with sk ywach reatsu, and he can cover 3 ( unknown sized , but at least planet) dimension with it, and can destroy them .

No, he never did. People put him at this level, because ofc golden wheel rebirth, which is country level (the calcs that put it at continental and above assume the moon isnt hollow and that the cut is 50km wide, when it reality none of these are true or even close). In reality its just a long chakra blade that can cut through moonrock, but since they have visited vs battles (where calcs>logic, feats)...

Anyways, IMO:

Naruto's moon isn't that Hollow. It was created with the Planetary Construction Jutsu, meaning it was created from the earth's crust with the Gedo Statue at its center. That location is never even present within THE LAST: Naruto the Movie.

The Hollow Space is a pocked in the Moon's Crust that was used to give the Clan a place to live and look over the seal.

They did a shit job at it.
