Wrong. The sage didnt even create the tailed beasts, he simply split the already living juubi into 9 different beings and breathed life into them. Yin was used to create the shape/body/physical aspect of them and all the physical properties and yang was used to simply breathe life and as a result of that the bijuus personalities into it

Because he already knew naruto and sasukes future, and the future of the shinobi world and so if he did any of those things it would interfere with the timeline. So he only gave them amps. Hagoromo even stated that he was a time traveler and has some crazy hax reality warping shit. And its clear he does by how as a ghost he was able to manifest himself in the mind of naruto and sasuke at the time. No other spirit weve seen in the narutoverse has shown the same abilities that hagoromo as a ghost has shown.
Probably since he has creation of all things jutsu he was able to somehow use it to give him crazy powers as a ghost that spirits in the narutoverse dont have

Giving Ywach 1 year of prep is basically giving him limitless possibilities to beat Naruto and Sasuke. Now I know that even Sasuke has precognition but only helps him during battle while Yhwach could easily come up with ways to counter it. A Almighty > Sasuke's Sharingan.
I wanna go with the duo but Ywach’s Hax is the main threat here. Every combination of attacks would be lethal, but with Ywach’s Hax, couldn’t he just weasel his way out of those attacks ?
