Both can solo, together it's a stomp.

Is Garou on Boros' level?

ONE said Garou would have an advantage over Boros

Either Naruto or Sasuke solo

Either ninja can solo.

Remove one of them and we got a fair fight.

I'll play devils advocate for this one.

Garou has been shown to have better speed such as reacting and even dodging attacks from a serious Saitama who has relativistic+-FTL movement, and yes while pre-cog will be an issue Garou has shown to have quick adaptability and even in this form reactive evolution. Any speed advantage the Naruto team have is going to be made quickly naught.

Garou has also been shown to have comparable/better feats of skill compared to the duo, being able to perfectly mimic abilities after seeing them once, being able to quickly adapt to his opponents fighting style seconds into a fight and change his battle plan accordingly, and this is not even including his Doomsday tier reactive evolution which allowed him to get considerably more powerful and durable to counteract Saitama's immense strength.

He seemingly also has a form of fate manipulation via his willpower, he was able to completely resist Psyko's psychic powers and seemingly come back from death after being slashed by Royal Ripper.

that's for starters, anyone got some good feats for the duo to suggest they would stomp?

Should wait for manga feats of Garou since his fight going to be redrew(Murata stated that the fight of Garou and Saitama will be much greater than Boros and Saitama)

OT: Either solo.....none of Garou's feats were more impressive then what the duo has shown.

Also, we have on-panel timings of flashu flash's attacks which show that he is not any faster than sub-relativistic. All that ftl stuff has been debunked many times over.
