Ill give it to the dbz team for now. But if we take Daruma's star level statements seriously and scale him to Ata's travel and reaction speeds, Daruma should win

@spsamurai: star and planet both have the same word in Japanese, so it is highly likely his "star" statement is actually a planet statement.

Goku and Frieza for now, but Daruma has a chance, especially if it's him in his prime with no time limit.

@alextheboss: Currently some of the characters are already Planet Level and have Planetary statements im sure Prime daruma is possibly more powerful than those mentioned. As he was able to slice apart a planet sized key holder with less than half of his power.

And the story and setting is in space which makes it way more easier for the artists and writers to make these feats happen.

I’m sure there will be Star Level characters shown soon.

@narutoisplanetlevel: That's why I said "for now". Don't forget Frieza is a casual planet buster with a power level of 530,000 and his final form is 120 million. So there is plenty of scaling there.

Unlikely. Official translation always draws a distinction based on the context between Star and Planet. And for Daruma, they still call him a Star Breaker multiple times and refer to a planet as a planet.

Although, statements are not applicable without proof anyway.
