No she could not. Nappa's attack is visibly larger in scale. Tats also was in pretty rough shape after doing that. She's a struggle city leveler at best.

There's no real hax on this team. To this day, Luffy's Ryou is featless beyond making trees implode.

He negs these two with the mindset he came to Earth with and not the nerfed version we got in the fight with Z-fighters.

Assuming Tats can manipulate gravity like Psykos, she easily squashes Nappa. Even pre-SSJ Goku would have difficulty with that. Hell, 300x is minimum, she can probably do thousands which would even kill that Goku.

So her only wincon is contingent upon assumption. Yeah, Nappa stomps.

Nappa's attack isn't visual larger than Tatsumaki's city twisting. She not only twisted the city but also Psykos in her giant monster form, along with everything she raised from the ground. It is a more impressive feat.

Ryou was repeatedly used on Kaido. It is an amplification to Luffy's punches and why he could get around Kaido's Conqueror's Haki coating that had made him neigh indestructible to all non-haki attacks.

Luffy's speeds are infact insane compared to DBZ characters. He was dodging light beams at chapter 600+:

That was in base-form and we are talking about a Luffy who can go G5 in chapter 1000+ and has improved so dramatically that the Luffy who dodged the lasers is now fodder to G5 luffy.

Future Sight is better highlighted in the anime with the red eye glow. In the manga, it is not directly called between panels. It is however there as Kaido mentioned it once against Snakeman Luffy. Nice try tho.

Funny how you first dispprove the Nappa city feat as anime only but reference it here. The Nappa city feat took far more energy than any random ki blast he would fire. Therefore proving Nappa has to put some effort into his long range attacks, which gives Luffy the advantage to strike from afar.

Don't think Nappa has any internal organ durability feats. And Luffy is faster. Tats is useful in many ways but even as a distraction she could help Luffy land critical blows

Both Tats and Psykos have the same powers. Tatsumaki countered her 300x gravity with a similar ability which she can apply offensively.

Far superior characters than Nappa could be flattened by worse gravity than 300x in Dragon Ball.
