Yes, Nagato would definitely start with the jutsu that needs concentration, most of his chakra, and last time almost gave him a brain aneurysm (or whatever that nose bleeding was supposed to signify. Also, I'm ignoring he Edo CT feat for obvious reasons).

And CT is not only OoC for him to use right away but Yoruichi can simply blitz him to null it or simply escape its range in an instant. Nagato has no way to win.

Nagato sucks her lightning away, v2 bee tried a lariat attack and got drained, same thing will happen here, yuroichi tries blitzing and she gets drained, she can't survive an omni directional ST attack that leveled konoha and created a giant crater at the same time.
