On topic - Pokedex feats they have a chance, without those flawed pokedex feats however they lose badly.

Mew > Mewtwo and Mewtwo is a planet buster.

Jirachi's reality warping is extremely limited, he can only grant wishes that he himself and the person asking for the wish fully comprehend how to accomplish. He can't just blink people away. It's a NLF anyway, but NLFs are pretty much all the pokemon team has tbh.

A Planet buster based on what and that's more scaling that never adds up in the end? What stops him from being speed blitzed and one shot buy like 4 members of the league? If you're allowing pokedex feats, anime feats should be considered to in which none of these legendaries have the physicals to compete.

Darkrai putting them to sleep? Doubt it would work on GL or Cyborg and save for batman all of them could take on Darkseid in seconds.

If you're going to use composite feats you're going to have to take the feats FROM both not just cherry pick the better ones

Ghost Type pokemon are immune to punches so they no sell. Mew can turn into anything so he turns into TOAA. Even Ditto could solo this.
