I'd wager Harley is actually more intelligent and brutal in a straight up fight, but given how authors often dumb her down for comedic relief(especially in Post-Flashpoint) I wonder if that'll factor into this.
Mystique should win on the basis of superior stats(aside from speed, I guess) and the whole shapeshifting power, but Quinn gives her a fight.
Harley is A LOT better than most people think. She’s given Batman hell in a fight on more than one occasion. She’s beaten the crap out of Killer Croc. She’s handled Cassandra Cain and Tim Drake at the same time. She sped past Catwoman and beat her. And she does all of this while laughing and being a smart ass.
Her strength, speed and agility feats are super impressive.
@jordan1kenobi: I like your description of Harley which is giving her the respect that she deserves, but even if I agree with you about her potential, she has also displayed her weaknesses that Mystique is good at exploiting, while as expected from a character with such a name, Mystique is mysterious and that's why she hasn't been properly classified since she's not involved in direct fights as usually as Harley, so despite the fact that Harley's feats and showings is indeed superior to Mystique if we put them all together, the mutant shapeshifter is still not restricted by Harley's high end limits just like she doesn't have a low tier bar that she has exceeded like Harley. But you know that Batman's armor and gadgets are putting him beyond human potential, right? So Harley's ability to match Batman is not something that's expected from a peak human. And judging from your profile pic, you know that contrary to many statements, Captain America is borderline superhuman since he can run as fast as a horse, right?
Not to say Harley isn't impressive. Just to say Mystique is an expert marital artist with busted physicals even before we factor in the fact that she can shape shift into anyone with claws or a size advantage at any moment to neutralize Harley.
Fact is Mystique just more frequently hangs with Superhumans of a diverse nature and skill set.
@koays: Yeah? Mystiques hangs with superhumans more usually than Harley? Probably but on a very small margin. Batman is a nerfed version of Iron Man. Bane and Killer Croc stronger than Wolverine, Sabretooth and Deadpool and not much weaker than Hank McCoy. Joker's insanity is enough to make him superhuman. It empowers him similarly to David Dunn and Kevin Crumb.
