She gets KO'd by a sonic attack in her ears, which would be enough to knock someone out regardless of durability.

If Beck can keep her in his illusions with his hundreds of drones, she'll never land a hit in properly, and with EDITH, he doesn't even need to be anywhere close to her to do so.

Beck does die in one shot if all that somehow doesn't happen tho. Beck 7/10 times would win.
