First of all Michael + Lucifer =/= to Presence in power. That's one of the big misconcepts here on Vine,and makes me think that you have a moderate knowledge on characters (Presence, Michale and Lucifer), since such thing was never stated in comics.
Second thing Presence =/= equal to TOAA. Mainly because Presence is a character, and TOAA is representation of writers, and by thus ToAA> Presence. It was also stated by Presence that there are more powerrfull forces behind him (clearly indicating on writers), and by thus Presence has a limited onmipotence. Another thing that indicates that Presence isn't =/= TOAA is the fact that he has his power fluctuating. In his most powerfull version he is a representation of DC Multiverse, and later on in stories he was portrayed simply as a God that inherited large portin of the Godwave and by thus becomed more powerfull than other Gods. So basicly later stories show him as the creation of Godwave, and all Gods in DC are created from the first wave of the Godwave.
On the other hand TOAA supreme master, representation of marvel Omniverse, a totality that is >>> than multiverse. And even DC Multiverse is porttrayed as a part of Marvel Omniverse by marvel comp. "
I do get what you are saying and by using logic you make perfect sense. The thing is that I believe that DC has coined the term multiverse as a representation of all as opposed to Marvels interpritation of it which fits inside a Megaverse and the Megaverses fit inside a Omiverse. LT being the Governor of the Multiverse(s) makes him the Gov of the Megaverses and then the Omniverse but only taking orders from TOAA. I look at LT and TOAA as my old Karate school, My sensei or head sensei never tought the classes since he was busy with other sutff and he let the other senseis teach but if he felt that what they were doing was faulty he can make corrections even though not being the instructor to the class.
