I don't know who Biscuit is but apparently he shook the world with his strength? This should be obvious then.

Muscular doesn't need respect thread, just post his fight with Midoriya. That's all the showing he has if I recall correctly.

@lan_fan: He didn't shake the world, the JPS system which constantly tracks him shifted as a result of his rapid movement.

Muscular. They are both bulletproof, but muscular can regenerate and has insane speed. Muscular probably hits harder too.

I'm actually on the edge with this one. Biscut is ridiculously powerful and skilled in H2H combat, but Muscular obviously has the advantage of his quirk for defense.

A few months ago I'd say Muscular with confidence, but after reading all of Baki, I'm not so sure. I might even lean Biscut, ngl.

Muscular no selling 100% strikes from Deku is well above what Oliva can do
