Multi-Media Street Tournament PYP 3.0 (11/16) (Sign Ups)

So the reason i'm doing another tourney is because

1: My previous one is dead, and typically as soon as one is dead i start another

2: The original creator of this tournament said i can host this as he is barely on CV anymore

3: This corona pandemic doesn't seem to be getting any better

This is intended to be a rather simple tourney, as a way to kill some time.

Rules

1. 8 Participants, be willing to extend if enough people are interested
2. 8 Character Points to spend
3. 10 Perk points to spend
4. 14 Day Deadline to post, Though I'm willing to extend if you give a good enough reason(Will bump you every 3 days)
5. No Unfair Hax(You should know what this means, if you are using hax abilities obviously over limits, you will be kicked)
6. No Space Manipulation
7. No Reality Warping
8. No Time Manipulation, Though speeding up ones own time is allowed.
9. Flight is allowed but is restricted to 30 ft(equivalent of a three story building) and no more
10. Summons are limited to 10
11. Cloning/Duplication will be limited to 2
12. TP is limited to Mind Reading
13. TK is allowed but cannot be used directly on opponents
14. No BFR
15. Standard Gear, which means any gear consistently used for a long period of time(like an entire run for example) and still qualifies as street tier unless otherwise specified
16. Teamwork is a complete factor. The only rule with teamwork is that characters will not directly fight each other.
17. Tie-In comic feats for Live Action characters allowed
18. Anime characters are Anime/Manga composite(FMA characters are Brotherhood)
19. DC is composite Post-Crisis/New52/Rebirth
20. Marvel is Earth 616 unless stated otherwise
21. For each round there will either be an extra obstacle to deal with or there will be a certain goal to reach
22. If you have a problem with a character's pricing, let me know, I'm open to change

hein??! ... it works on quirks in his own universe ... if it's gonna be useful against other universe powers or not that should be told first ... there's no such interaction in the series to refer from... if it's not established beforehand, then only that argument alone will overshadow any proper CaV .. that's kind of a bummer you know.

I don't see an issue with Toph, but her raw power would put her at 4-5 points.

Can I get one character point for two perk points and can I get less prep time for less?

@shade545: can you clarify me on this, if I choose mirio togata, and select black panther suit for his personal perk, it'll work like his battle uniform right? because only his battle uniform can be worn while using his ability, normal cloths can't stay on his body. if the suit can't be used while he uses his ability, then it's quite useless you know.

I can do that, as long as you can argue them within limits.

I mean, i do not think its fair to do that. If you really want that i suppose i can allow it, but i generally do not like making big changed to the rules regarding character purchases.
