One of the oldest and most powerful Shinigami, Yamamoto was the founder of the Shinigami Academy as well as the first Captain Commander of the Gotei 13. Yamamoto is a man with a very strong sense of justice and pride. He sternly believes that the justice of the world should be held above one's own personal sense of justice, he would sacrifice his own men if it meant enacting justice on rule breakers. Do not confuse this as needless murdering, a thing the Yamamoto of the past would have done, as Yamamoto would only sacrifice his men, soldiers that have given their lives for Seireitei. He would not sacrifice those like Ichigo Kurosaki, who is not part of Seireitei, nor children.
Basic shinigami powers
Invisibility:
Shinigami are ghosts, basically Japanese grim reapers, and thus are inaudible, invisible, and intangible to those without spiritual powers, as shown many times in the series and guidebooks. It's a major part of the plot in early Bleach.
Shinigami can casually walk and stand on air, simulating flight. Look at any scan for proof, lol
Spiritual Power & Pressure:
Shinigami naturally possess high levels of Reiryoku aka Spiritual Power, which varies greatly in magnitude with the strength of a Shinigami. It is used by Shinigami and other spiritual beings to provide power for their various abilities. The difference between spiritual energy and spiritual pressure is simple: Reiryoku is the amount of energy a being has stored within their body or soul, whereas Reiatsu is the pressure that a person's Reiryoku exerts. In other words, Reiryoku is potential while Reiatsu is energy in use and can be sensed by other spiritually aware beings. In general, those with high levels of Reiryoku will often have the highest levels of Reiatsu also. A skilled warrior can overcome a person possessing greater Reiryoku by possessing greater Reiatsu - this is achieved by having greater control over their own spiritual energy. For high-level Shinigami, such as captains and lieutenants, their spiritual pressure is so high, they can cause undesirable ripples in the Human World. As such, a seal is automatically placed onto them whenever they pass through the Senkaimon from Soul Society to the Human World, limiting their strength to 20% of their maximum output. Head Captain has virtually immeasurable levels of such power, to the point where even Aizen (the main villain for the majority of the series) openly acknowledges Yamamoto's power (via his Zanpakutō) as being so superior that if he were to fight directly against it, it would overpower him. So Yamamoto =>Aizen, same way Odin > Thanos.
Zanpakutō
The main weapon of the Shinigami, the Arrancar (however Arrancars do not possess spirits), and the Visored and in it's sealed state, it takes the form of a katana, wakizashi, nodachi, or tanto; however it's almost always a katana. The swords are reflections of the user's power and soul, and sentient beings unto themselves. The Zanpakutō's name is the name of the living spirit which empowers the sword and lends its strength to the user who wields it. These beings can vary greatly in appearance, and have their own distinct personalities, which are similar to their owner's. Yamamoto's Zanpakutō is Ryūjin Jakka, a blade of flames.
Shikai: The initial release to a Shinigami's Zanpakutō. It is activated by a command while declaring the name of the Zanpakutō Spirit. It changes the shape of the Zanpakutō and/or granting special abilities. Yamamoto's command is "Reduce All Creation to Ash" that allows him to create and manipulate fire.
Here are it's techniques
Jōkaku Enjō: An ability in which Yamamoto creates an immense wall of flame, which surrounds the target(s) before forming a huge sphere of flame in which to imprison enemies. This flaming prison is immensely powerful, imprisoning three captain-level Shinigami (namely Sōsuke Aizen, Gin Ichimaru, and Kaname Tōsen) for a significant amount of time. All are top tier shinigami of the series, with Aizen being the greatest among them. I showed his durability feats in the "Strength" section, which puts in perspective just how powerful these flames are.
Hitotsume - Nadegiri: A mixture of Zanjutsu (sword skill) and Yamamoto's Shikai, Nadegiri is a concentrated slash of Ryūjin Jakka's flames to cleanly cut the enemy with fire.
Taimatsu: Yamamoto torches his surroundings with a single swing of his blade, burning them until nothing remains but ashes. He can manipulate these flames with enough precision to only strike those he chooses as well as increase or decrease their intensity at his leisure.
Ennetsu Jigoku: Creates seven or more immense pillars of flame which surround an area and close in together. The intent of this technique is to trap the opponent in the caged inferno and destroy them. The power of this technique can destroy everyone caught in its vicinity, including Yamamoto himself. These flames can incinerate an area much greater than Karakura Town's.

Strength
Yamamoto is physically a beast. Don't let his old man facade fool you, when he takes off his robe no grandma can resist staring with feverish gazes. Look at those guns!
And it's not just for show. When the monster called Wonderweiss took his sword & absorbed the powers of his Zanpakutō, he was reduced to nothing more than just a helpless old man…

Yama actually curbstomped and killed Wonderweiss in a brutal beat down. We're talking about a creature that has enough physical strength to cause city block level destruction from the mere shockwaves of one of his blows. Which means his actual direct attacks are exponentially stronger, probably closer to multi-city block - small town busting (aka hill buster).
The monster, in his base form, shoved his entire arm through the chest of a top tier shinigami like Ukitake and blitzed him before he could react, from an incredible distance.
And in his base form, he easily took a kick from a character that left a huge deep crater in the ground, with absolutely zero damage. Just look at 5:45:

If we had to calc that crater, it would be comparable to destroying several city blocks in terms of destructive energy. Way beyond nuke level of power. And the character, Mashiro, is a fanservice fodder character that Wonderweiss was playing with. When he got semi serious he oneshotted her hard enough to break her mask as you can see in the video. That was base form Wonderweiss durability, and in his final form called "Resurrección" all his stats multiplied by x5. And yet despite that amount of speed, durability, and strength, Yamamoto completely obliterated him.
Yamamoto's strength isn't just striking, it scales to his lifting strength as well. For example, let's look at Aizen. In his base form, he has effortlessly tanked attacks from Komamura's bankai, literally catching it with his fingers.

Do you know how much stronger you need to be to do that to a regular human being with just raw strength? Imagine someone grabbing you so hard you can't even feel your arm. This is beyond even that, like a gorilla grabbing a toddler, and Old Man Yama did it to Aizen's incredible durability. Speaking of which...
Durability
Yamamoto is also incredibly durable, capable of withstanding insane amounts of force. For example, he took an onslaught of punches from Wonderweiss' multiple arms twice, and came out completely unfazed by the assault, with no more than simple scratches. This was when Wonderweiss was in his most powerful form, btw.

Literally hundreds of blows in an instant, yet none of them did anything. He then ripped the poor boy's arms off like an angry chimpanzee. Brutal.
Another feat is when the Head Captain tanked the full force of his own attack, which has enough power to vaporize "an area many times the size of Karakura Town". The author drew a map, proving that the town is located near the Tokyo cities of Inagi, Fuchu or Chofu and is comparable to them in size.
Inagi has a total area of 17.97 square kilometres.
Fuchu has a total area of 29.43 km2.
Chofu has a total area of 28.07 square kilometers.
Average Town Size = 25.156 square kilometers, thus Karakura Town would be 25.156 square kilometers (15.63 square miles)
Destroying the town by itself is already objectively a large mountain level feat, but he said "many times" that. As a general rule, 2 is a couple. 3 is a few. 4 is several. 5 is a handful (five fingers?). 6 or more is many.
So in reality it's at least island-level DC feat. Not too shabby for an old man, eh? And this is just AoE. Fodder characters like the espada Ulquiorra have feats of destruction that are already island-busting level, and he's beyond fodder to base Aizen who's stronger than all the espada combined. But Shikai Yamamoto, who Aizen admits is stronger than himself, was going to KILL the immortal Aizen with this attack, and all Aizen could do was bank on the Old Man not killing his students as well, and create a creature Wonderweiss who's sole purpose was to stop Yamamoto's Zanpakutō...
Speed
Yamamoto is by far one of the fastest characters in the bleach series. Here's some feats for you. Early in the series, the two top tier & most experienced captains Shunsui Kyōraku and Jūshirō Ukitake were running as fast as they possibly can from the Head Captain, and despite having a head start, Yama effortlessly blitzed past them and was already waiting them at their destination long before they arrived.
To put it in perspective, Shunsui is so fast that he is capable of flash stepping his lieutenant a far distance away outside the range of Yamamoto's spiritual pressure (which was powerful enough to suffocate her) and bring himself back.
So 0.6 seconds per step. Which makes Shunsui roughly mach Mach 213.8
Yamamoto is many times that, not only to catch up to him but to blitz past him before anyone can see and already be sitting and waiting. Being FTE speed to massively hypersonic characters is easily thousands of times faster than sound, and this is all basic logic without any serious scaling. Btw, FTE to normal human is roughly 300 mph, and humans run only 20 mph on average.
My second fighter is a rather underrated character that people have been sleeping on since forever. Enter the Enchantress!
Enchantress
CV Bio:
June Moon has the ability to become the Enchantress, a powerful sorceress, by saying the word "Enchantress". The Enchantress would revert back to June Moon after saying the same word.
I'm using the DC Enchantress instead of the Marvel version because reasons. Anyways, let's go over her stats and remind you why you should just forfeit.
Speed
She's pretty fast. Far faster than any peak human. For example, she threw a fit and tried to clobber Katana when her powers couldn't be used on her due to a magic hampering ring Katana was wearing. Katana noted the speed and strength is superhuman, and managed to defeat her with raw skill.
Katana is incredibly strong and fast, closer to people like Deathstroke instead of Batman, but Enchantress was above even that.
Some more feats.
Enchantress stops time, instantly, and very casually reacts to Deadshot's bullets at extremely close range AFTER he already fired multiple rounds. She then proceeds to basically blitz him with a TK grab through her force field and tortures him until this grown man is literally crying like a baby. Absolutely insane feat, even though she only fodderized a street leveler (Suicide Squad (2016) issue #22): https://m.imgur.com/a/D6T1v
She only relents when Killer Croc reveals that he was only KO'd instead of killed, which shows how crazy fast those huge bullets must have been to pierce his scales.
This fight was AFTER she oneshotted the League in the beginning of "Justice League: Dark", when she went insane from being unbounded from June Moon's body. So Superman was holding back only in the sense that he wasn't trying to kill her.
Overall, her durability is very high mid tier with shields.
Enchantress bounded within June Moon is restrained by June's morals and personality taking over, but she has all the same powers and abilities.
Powers
Her magic can seemingly do anything, a plot device in the most blatant forms. But it's also extremely powerful and clutch, which is consistent.
Basic powers are teleportation, flight, blasts, constructs, and spells of various sorts, and magical senses.
For the sake of time and sanity, I'll just leave her countless abilities until it's necessary to bring it up, and get right into the most likely scenario. She attacks your team.
Superman is roughly moon level, and some lowball him to multi-continental level, so since he's weak to magic the actual attack must be much lower, like India- busting level of DC. This is further confirmed when an insane Enchantress creates a swarm of rotting teeth that cut up and defeats Superman, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg (Justice League Dark (2011) issue #1):
That's two high mid-tiers + Superman, her max DC is KOing WW & Cyborg.
Now on to our prep
Prep
Plan: We got 1 hour and basic knowledge from your wiki page. It's obvious that an area full of metal + a guy who controls metal = a big problem. So Yamamoto sets up "Ennetsu Jigoku" around Utopia, which should vaporize the small metal village unless you have feats showing otherwise. When the hour is up, the technique would have reached it's completion, and your team would be hit with enough DC to vaporize "an area many times the size of Karakura Town". Aizen also said that Yamamoto saved the world by blocking such an attack, so it obviously was gonna destroy Japan if it completed. Enchantress, who is invisible, waits safely outside the flaming city, and casts spells from long range at your team before they can react.

So from the get-go, both members of my team can see and affect invisible ghosts, one of which is a ghost himself and can outright vaporize souls from miles away just by flexing his guns. It's up to you to provide soul resistance feats as well as magic durability feats for Magneto, Luffy, and a certain Mr Fenton.
