Majestic's physical and mental abilities (raw intelligence) are far greater than those that Hyperion has commonly displayed.
Majestic is also a far superior hand to hand fighter (as a trained Warlord) while Hyperion has admitted several times to not having enough superpowered opponents over his carrer to really fight against (to build experience).

Majestic for the win.
