Never saw The Wolverine but Logan got this. Guy could hold his own somewhat against Deadpool.

Round 2 : If Ezio plays smart, and uses all his arsenal , he could win, but I´m not sure

Round 3 : Wolverine should win , if not stomp

Does Ezio have a gun?

If they're near water, he can drown an unconscious Logan.

Logan wins even without a healing factor at all. He was straight up tanking handguns and even a shotgun in the Wolverine.
