If batman was prepared to kill her could kill him. I thought spider-man would win at first but if this is informed prep (spidey is nowhere as smart a fighter as he was in the comics -case in point spider-man 2 against doctor ock).
Batman gases him out.

@Timandm: The WOW factor though. You expect Batman's costume to look like that. But when they put Spider-man on screen for the first time done right, his costume really looked damn good. If only Tobey stopped eating hot dogs by Spider-man 3...

Spidey's outfit is seriously kewl, no doubt... But Bat's has that mysterious Black Leather/Armor thing going on... He's going to get more dates than Spider-Man... Spider-Man's my favorite super hero but I gotta give Batman props on having the better costume.

Movie Spidey wins pretty easily. Bale Batman and all his weapons would be in slow-mo to him. 60s movie Batman would win easily with an hour of prep. Spider-man repellent spray gets Pete every time.

p.s. How did Doc Ock take so many punches in Spider-man 2? I think that's one of the best superpowered fights in movies, but that doesn't make any sense...

@Malonius: Ockl taking those hits is PIS. People watching a two second long fight where Ock gets hit once and the movie ends would have pissed people off to the point of there being no Spider-man 3. Some people might think this is a good thing.
